Background information
We are a family business and have been around for atleast 20 years. It started off between the family brothers, and has now been reduced to just Mr Chera, and my family. We run this grocery store between the family and we not between the family brother's anymore.
We expanded the business around 15 years ago, and we brought what used to be a hairdressers next door and increased the shop. We used to hire out DVD's for our customers, and used to keep this information on another seperate system.
